Tereza has been with KPMG since 2014. She has extensive experience in projects focused on risk management, compliance, internal audit and internal control frameworks. She specialises in the design, implementation and assessment of compliance management systems (CMS) and has developed a methodology for assessing their maturity. She has also been involved in implementing regulatory requirements in areas such as GDPR, Solvency II, MiFID II and AML. She has worked with financial institutions, state-owned enterprises, healthcare organisations, manufacturing companies and organisations in the energy sector.

Tereza also leads the KPMG Business Institute, which merged with its Czech counterpart in October 2026. Since 2014, the Institute has trained more than 15,000 clients from over 3,200 companies across both countries. It offers public training courses, tailored training for clients, as well as certification programmes, including the ACCA Online Individual Program, FIA – ACCA Foundations in Accountancy, DipIFR – ACCA Diploma in IFRS, and CISA/CISM. As part of the Institute, Tereza established the KPMG Compliance Management Programme, the first comprehensive educational programme of its kind in the Czech Republic focused on the professional development of compliance professionals. In recognition of her contribution to the compliance community, she received the international Women in Governance, Risk and Compliance Award – Educator of the Year in 2026.
