Tatiana is responsible for the KPMG Business Institute, which provides professional seminars and training on international qualifications for clients. She is also a lecturer who focuses on financial accounting (IFRS), management accounting and personal development. Tatiana returned to KPMG after more than 12 years, during which time she first ran the Slovak branch of BPP Professional Education and then her own training company. After studying Mathematics and Management at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science at Comenius University, she worked as an auditor at KPMG in the Financial Services department. She has been a member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) since 2005.

Vladimír Kundrák

Vladimír has been with KPMG since 2010. Between 2012 and 2018, he led teams on statutory audits, mainly of banks and financial institutions, but also of commercial companies. During this period, he has also participated in asset quality review projects and the project of implementation of the new IFRS standard in major Slovak banks.

Since 2018, he has worked on projects within the Talent Solutions team, where he held accounting, controlling and project roles for large multinational companies.

Vladimír has been a member of ACCA since 2015.

He provides training in financial and management accounting and business simulation.

Michal Maxim

Michal has been with KPMG since 2002. In 2008 and 2009 he worked at KPMG in Hong Kong, where he was involved in the valuation of derivatives and other financial instruments. He has extensive experience in auditing banks and other financial institutions, advising on the valuation of financial instruments as well as companies and due diligence. He has also provided training on financial instruments, their valuation, accounting and reporting to a number of companies in the financial, manufacturing and public sectors. Michal is a registered Slovak statutory auditor and a member of ACCA.

Peter is an experienced ESG & Sustainability Project Manager, Technical and Legislative Sustainability Consultant with over 14 years of professional experience in the environmental field. He has several years of experience in the implementation of management control systems, GHG (CO2) emissions calculations. He has a degree in environmental engineering (Ing., PhD.), is a certified auditor according to international ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) and is also an international voluntary “Impact Rater” in the field of sustainability for the Swiss ESG platform “Impaakt”.

In the period 07/2012 – 06/2014 Peter was part of a project called EKOprofit Bratislava. In the position of Sustainability Consultant he was responsible for the implementation of cleaner production principles (targets, KPIs, indicators, CO2 calculations, plans and programs, policies, performance setting), implementation of internal audits in service/production companies in Bratislava and Trnava region (32 companies, production and service providers).

Peter has been with KPMG since 2001, currently as an Executive Director in the Audit Department and as a Sector Leader for the Automotive Industry. In 2006 and 2007, he was based at KPMG in Zurich, where he worked on transaction advisory services. He has extensive experience in auditing large commercial companies, accounting advisory services as well as due diligence. His clients include major companies from various industries, in particular from the automotive, telecommunications, energy, engineering and IT sectors.

Peter has also provided training on IFRS standards for clients in the manufacturing sector. He is a registered Slovak statutory auditor and a member of ACCA.

Milina Schifferdeckerová

Milina graduated in law at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. After her studies she joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic. She joined KPMG for the first time in 1999, from where she later moved to the law firm. In 2004 she obtained her law license. Milina returned to KPMG in 2018 and is an expert in real estate, construction and administrative law, commercial law and M&A. She has more than 15 years of legal experience in these areas. She has led several real estate, construction, development and M&A projects for the legal team, including due diligence.
