Aneta Radová is a Senior Consultant at KPMG Business Institute. She has more than ten years of experience in learning and development. Before joining KPMG, she worked for a training and development company, where she was responsible for learning projects for companies, organisations and public sector clients, the design of development programmes, competency models, key account management and product management.

As a trainer, she focuses primarily on communication, presentation skills, self-promotion and building professional relationships. Her professional background in learning and development is also supported by her studies at the Institute of Education and Career Counselling at the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. She also has experience delivering management training on topics such as team leadership, performance reviews and change communication. In addition to delivering training, she designs and implements tailored learning programmes and facilitates workshops.
