Miroslav Talian is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), an international professional organization in the accounting profession, and has completed a course in corporate finance at the Harvard Extension School. During his practice at KPMG (since 2009), he first worked in the Audit Department, where he provided audit services for small and medium-sized enterprises in accordance with the Slovak Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards. Subsequently, he became part of the Deal Advisory team, where as a Director he leads a team of professionals advising on the seller’s or buyer’s side. He has gained experience related to financial due diligence on projects in various industries including automotive, energy, agriculture, manufacturing and FMCG. Miroslav graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics in Bratislava with a degree in Economic Diplomacy.
