Present Like a Professional: From Data to Story – How to Create and Deliver Engaging Presentations in Two Interactive Workshops

Have you ever wondered what makes a great speaker? Are there colleagues whose meetings and presentations you look forward to — while others make you nervous? Take your presentation skills to the next level and become the kind of speaker others actually want to listen to.

In this hands on workshop, we will explore principles and tips that you can start applying to your presentations right away. There is no one size fits all approach. We will help you become a better version of yourself as a presenter.

The practical workshop is divided into two parts:

Part 1 — 18 May 2026, 9:00 – 12:00 (3 hours)

Stress management
How to capture and maintain audience attention
Body language, gestures, voice, eye contact
Storytelling – turning data into a narrative
How to choose your key messages
Practical tips for real presentations – online and in-person
How to rehearse your presentation with PowerPoint
How AI – Copilot can help you prepare your presentations more efficiently

Part 2 — 20 May 2026, 9:00 – 12:00 (3 hours)

Participants will prepare a real presentation of results for their department (or any work-related presentation) in advance, using the knowledge and tips from Part 1, and will deliver their presentations during the second session.

They will apply what they have learned and receive feedback on their presentations.

The maximum number of participants is 12.

The training will take place in person at the KPMG Conference Centre in River Park.
