Peter has been with KPMG’s financial advisory team for over 11 years. He specializes in providing comprehensive advice on corporate transactions (M&A) – acquisitions, divestments, sourcing investors and corporate finance. He has successfully helped to attract investors for Slovak companies in various sectors, such as retail, energy, real estate, e-commerce and others. He is also involved in providing financial advisory services for major infrastructure investment projects. Peter studied at the Faculty of Management of Comenius University.
