Michal rejoined KPMG in April 2018. He has over 19 years of experience in big4 companies in the areas of IT audit, cyber security, privacy, business continuity, IT advisory, risk assurance and project assurance.
Michal leads IT Audit team providing mainly support to financial audit groups, but also other IT and cyber security related assurance and attestation engagements. His main responsibilities include planning IT audit engagements, alignment with financial audit groups, review & sign-off of IT audit deliverables and IT audit team performance management.
Michal participates as IT audit reviewer on QP reviews and second line of defense reviews within CEE region.
From October 2018 to March 2022, Michal was appointed Data Protection Officer for KPMG in Slovakia.
